Magaliesberg Valley Conservancy is a voluntary association of members with a heart for conserving the natural beauty of our area.
The Conservancy lies between the Magaliesberg and Witwatersberg mountains, encompassing the Skeerpoort Valley and extending over areas of De Rust, Broederstroom and Hartbeeshoek.
The Conservancy was originally registered with North West Conservancy Association in 2009. In December 2025, the registration was updated and the map extended. With a core of new members, the Conservancy has now begun to pursue its aims of conserving the biodiversity and beauty of our area.
